Cancellations made more than 1 week before the start date of the tour or service will receive a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 1 week of the start date are non-refundable. In cases of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we may offer rescheduling or credit for future bookings. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to a quarter of the total cost is required at the time of booking through our website, with the remaining balance due before the start of the tour or service. Payment Policy: Full payment must be made on our website before the start of the tour or service, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, and all payments must be made in USD or the equivalent amount in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) at the prevailing exchange rate. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
