The price stated above applies to groups of 1-2. An additional person rate of $20 US per person applies for groups larger than two.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 1 week before the start date of the tour or service will receive a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 1 week of the start date are non-refundable. In cases of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we may offer rescheduling or credit for future bookings. Booking Policy: Bookings can only be made through our official website or authorized agents. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to a quarter of the total cost is required at the time of booking through our website, with the remaining balance due before the start of the tour or service. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Payment Policy: Full payment must be made on our website before the start of the tour or service, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, and all payments must be made in USD or the equivalent amount in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) at the prevailing exchange rate. Health and Safety Policy: All tours and services adhere to strict health and safety guidelines. Participants are required to disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Environmental Responsibility Policy: We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and promoting sustainable tourism practices. We encourage participants to respect local customs, wildlife, and natural habitats during tours and excursions. Single-use plastics are prohibited on our tours, and we promote recycling and responsible waste management practices.
